Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Jali Support (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our website, digital platforms, and communication channels (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Legal Waiver, and Communication Policy (together referred to as the “Supporting Documents”). Accepting these Terms also means full agreement to all Supporting Documents.


2. Scope of the Agreement

For the purpose of this Agreement and all Supporting Documents:

The terms “we,” “us,” or “our” shall refer to:

  • This website and any future domains associated with the brand;

  • The name “Jali Support” as a developing business entity;

  • Any unregistered or early-stage operations associated with the brand;

  • Any individuals (whether active or former) whose contact details (email, phone, social handles) are or were attached to our platforms, systems, tools, or communication channels.

Users accept this scope applies to all legal, operational, and communication matters related to our Services.


3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these criteria.


4. Company Status and Website Disclaimer

  • Not Registered: Jali Support is currently an unregistered startup in development.

  • Work-in-Progress: The website, content, and services are under construction and subject to updates.

  • Use at Own Risk: Users agree not to rely legally on the site or communications for finalized services or guarantees.


5. Account Registration

If account creation is introduced, you must provide accurate and complete info. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all actions under your account.


6. Use of Services

You agree not to:

  • Violate any local or international laws;

  • Misuse tools or information provided via the platform;

  • Disrupt or compromise the platform’s performance or security.


7. Communication Rules

  • Only Official Channels Apply: Valid communication is only through our official “Get Started” form or website contact form.

  • Emails Not Binding: Any promises or statements made via email or WhatsApp are handled by human agents and are not legally binding.

  • No Liability for Social Media Conversations: Any discussions outside official platforms (e.g., Twitter, Instagram) are taken at the user’s risk.


8. Payments and Transactions

As of now, Jali Support does not process payments through the platform. Any payments made through third-party tools, discussions with agents, or unofficial channels are not recognized by us, and we hold no responsibility for them.


9. Privacy and Data Handling

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. By using our Services, you understand the limitations of data protection due to our development stage and agree to them.


10. Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are offered “as-is” without guarantees.

  • We are not liable for any damage, loss, or dissatisfaction caused by using our Services.

  • No class-action lawsuits are permitted. Disputes must be resolved through arbitration in Uganda.


11. Third Party Disassociation

We may refer users to external tools, payment systems, or services, but:

  • We have no formal partnership or affiliation with these third parties.

  • Any dealings, payments, or data shared with them is strictly at your own risk.


12. Hiring or Agent Errors

If you engage with us as a job applicant, contractor, or support agent:

  • We are not responsible for errors, miscommunication, or informal discussions from agents.

  • We do not charge for hiring or testing services, and any fees for assessments from third parties are outside our control.


13. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Jali Support and all related persons or systems from any claims, legal issues, or damages resulting from your misuse or misunderstanding of our Services or platform.


14. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to our Services at any time if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or Supporting Documents.


15. Updates to Terms

We may update or change these Terms and Supporting Documents without prior notice. Continued use of the platform confirms your agreement to any revised terms.


16. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, and all disputes shall be privately and confidentially settled through arbitration in Uganda—not in court.


17. Final Acknowledgement

By using this platform, you accept our unregistered status and early-stage development, and you waive any right to pursue legal action against the company or its representatives for matters relating to this status or provisional communication errors.
